1) Fees -

a) Fee for all services is $1,000.00 U.S. per day, plus all related travel expenses.

b) International work (outside of Continental U.S.) quoted separately.

c) Fees for public speaking, private seminars and writing, quoted individually based on comps. and concessions.

d) Expenses include:

a) Airfare from and to Columbus, Ohio. (CMH)
b) Hotel and meals while on location.
c) Rental car or ground transportation if necessary.
d) Misc. travel expenses (i.e. gas, parking, tips, visas, tolls, etc.)

2) Duration -

a) For business conducted in Columbus Ohio, 1 hr. minimum, billing at hourly rate of $125.00 per hour.

b) For business conducted within 150 miles of Columbus, Ohio, one day minimum and travel will be billed at $.50 per mile if personal auto is used.

c) For business conducted outside of 150 miles from Columbus but within Continental U.S., three day minimum to preclude travel time charges.

d) All international travel quoted separately.

3) Terms -

a) For new accounts -

1) All out of pocket travel expenses must be paid in advance. (i.e. airfare)

2) On initial booking term a 25% fee deposit is required.

3) Balance due and payable upon completion of project or weekly, whichever comes first.

b) For established accounts -

1) Fees and travel expenses due upon completion of project or weekly, whichever comes first.

c) All international work negotiated separately
